Smera Foundation is set up with the objective of skilling the youth from economically weaker sections and helping them build successful careers in chosen industries. The Trustees also believe in contributing to causes that will help build an equitable society and spread smiles on the face of the underserved through various interventions.

Smera has partnered with the Bangalore based SAATHIYA Academy, a Shibulal Family Philanthropic Initiative to offer short-term Integrated Career Development ( ICDP ) courses in the hospitality industry followed by long-term career support.

These flagship programs are offered at highly subsidized rates to make them affordable to deserving candidates.

To skill, employ and build a career for 1000 students in the hospitality industry across all districts of Kerala in the next 4-5 years.

What we offer

We provide Short Term Training for Entry Level Profession in Food & Beverage (F&B) Service and Housekeeping Operations leading to Guest Service Associate roles.
F&B Service and Housekeeping Operations are residential programs. The overall duration of the program is 19 to 22 weeks.
Upon successful completion of training, certificates will be awarded to successful candidates. Placement support will be provided to obtain gainful employment upon successful completion of the program.
